1. Legal Notice and Purpose

This document governs the use of the services offered by the XVLIVEMANAGER platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), published by XVLIVEMANAGER (hereinafter "the Publisher").

Using any of the services (Streaming, Tournament, Digital) implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.

2. Description of Services

The Platform offers three main tools:

  • SIMPLE XVLIVEMANAGER (Streaming): Graphic overlay tool for live broadcasting (OBS, vMix compatible, etc.).
  • CLUB XVLIVEMANAGER (Tournament): Automated rugby tournament management tool (pools, knockout stages).
  • DIGITAL XVLIVEMANAGER (Stadium): Score display solution for giant screens.

3. Access and Technical Conditions

Services are accessible in SaaS mode via a web browser. The User is responsible for their internet connection. The Publisher strives to keep services accessible 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Pricing & Withdrawal

4. Pricing Conditions

The Platform offers a "Freemium" model:

4.1 STANDARD Offer (Free)

  • Streaming: With watermark and ads.
  • Tournament: With ads on the interface.
  • Digital: With ads on the interface.

4.2 Paid Offers (Separate subscriptions)

Paid services are independent:

  • PRO Option - Streaming (10€ / year): Clean feed (no logo), no ads.
  • PREMIUM Option - Tournament (10€ / year): No ads, priority support.

To have everything, the user must subscribe to both separately.

4.3 Payment

Secure online payment. Subscription valid for 1 year, non-refundable pro rata.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code:

Waiver of the right of withdrawal
As digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after prior agreement, the User expressly waives their right of withdrawal by accessing PRO/PREMIUM features immediately after payment. No refunds will be made once the service is activated.

Responsibility & Legal

6. Responsibility

  • Third-party software: The Publisher is not responsible for bugs related to streaming software (OBS, vMix...) used with the Platform.
  • Match data: The tournament organizer is responsible for verifying scores before validating knockout stages.
  • Limitation: The Publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the current year.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Platform (code, designs) are the property of the Publisher. The User retains ownership of imported logos and data, and guarantees having the necessary rights to broadcast them.

8. Personal Data (GDPR)

Data (email) is necessary for account management and is not resold. In accordance with GDPR, the User has a right of access and deletion upon request to contact@xvlivemanager.fr.

9. Applicable Law

These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Publisher's registered office.
